How do I join Your Rewards?

How do I pay for Your Rewards deals?

You can pay for Your Rewards deals by credit or debit card after you have registered online and subscribed to the website.

Are my credit or debit card details saved?

If you’re shopping with us for the first time, you can save your payment details to your Yourrewardslondon.com account during checkout. If you have created an account with us, you can add/remove your payments cards in your online account.

I've been asked to re-enter my full card details. Why can't I just change the expiry date?

If your payment is declined for any reason, we’ll ask you to re-enter your card details. We do this to make sure whatever mistake was made the first time the card details were entered isn’t replicated. We’ll automatically attempt payment again once you’ve re-entered your full card details.

I live abroad, can order from the UK site?

Yes, you can order abroad from the website as all vouchers are sent via email.

How do I use Your Rewards offers?

You can use Your rewards offers by simply registering online. Here you will see a list of offers currently available to you which you can purchase and then redeem using vouchers incorporating QR, bar code and unique referencing numbers.

When do you take payment?

Payment for your purchased deals are taken as soon as your order is placed and confirmed.

Do I have to have an account to be able to use Your Rewards?

Yes, you do need to have an account to be able to use Your Rewards.

Can I use Your Rewards without subscribing?

No, you will not be able to use Your Rewards without subscribing.

How long are my Your Rewards offers valid for?

Your Rewards offers are valid subject to the fine print as stated when purchasing.

How do I check the Your Rewards vouchers I have purchased?

You can go to ‘Purchased items’ to check your voucher details.

What is the cancellation policy for Your Rewards?

Under the Consumer Rights Directive (CRD), if you are contracting with us as a consumer you have the right to cancel your contract at any time up to 14 calendar days after the day on which you receive your vouchers. For example, if you receive your voucher on a Monday, you have 14 days from the next day (Tuesday) to cancel your order. A full refund will be given provided notification is given in writing. This is subject to Terms and Conditions.

How do I update my personal details for Your Rewards?

You can update your personal details for Your Rewards by logging in with your email and password details.

How do I change my payment method details for Your Rewards?

You can change your payment method details for Your Rewards by finding the tab for your account details and then scrolling down to edit your personal information and change your preferences. We take payment immediately once the order is placed and is subject to authorisation by your card issuer.

What are the website’s Terms and Conditions?

You will find the General Terms and Conditions on our website and you must read these carefully. By placing an order through the Your rewards website these General Terms and Conditions apply regardless of how you access the website and by placing an order through the website you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these General Terms and Conditions of Sale in their entirety. If you do not agree to these General Terms and Conditions of Sale in their entirety you must not order any product or service through the website.

There is a tick box on the home page which asks you if you are over 18.

I have lost all my order purchase details. Is there anything I can do?

If you have lost all your order purchase details you can click the ‘Admin’ tab at the top of the home page and find all your details.

If an offer has been purchased as a gift, can it be refunded?

If an offer has been purchased as a gift, a full refund may be given as long as the refund request is within the fourteen-day period from the date of the original order subject to Terms and Conditions. The refund will go back to the card used to buy the gift.

What happens if I forget my password?

If you forget your password all you have to do is click on ‘forgot password’ tab and we will send you an email with instructions on what to do next.

What are the benefits of having a Your Rewards account?

With a Your Rewards account you can review all the latest purchase offers by category, save card details to speed things up at the checkout and look up old orders.

Is my personal data safe if I create an account?

Your personal data is safe if you create an account as we comply with the Data Protection Act. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.

How is my personal information used by Your Rewards?

Your personal information obtained by us in connection with Your Rewards will be used in accordance with data protection legislation and our Privacy Policy. In particular, it will be used to administer Your Rewards, provide you with benefits and to keep you updated including by email. By joining Your Rewards, you agree to receive email updates from us about Your Rewards and your benefits. You will not be able to opt out of receiving such updates unless you terminate your account.

How do I know if I have successfully completed my order online?

When you complete an order online, you should see a page showing your order and payment details. Shortly after you complete your order, we’ll send you an email confirming we’ve received it and this will contain your voucher information. You can also sign in to your account and check your recent orders.

How will my transaction show on my bank statement?

Your Transaction will show on your bank statement as Digital Media London.

If I place an item in my bag, is it reserved?

No, an item is not reserved by placing it in your bag. This means there is a chance your item may go out of stock whilst it is still in your bag. Your order is confirmed when you select your deal and payment method and click the “Place Order” button.

How can I keep my account details safe?

If you're using a shared or public computer, it's best to log out of your account completely when you've finished shopping. You can do this by clicking the 'sign out' link next to your name at the top right of the screen. You might also want to look at our Privacy Policy for more details.

What are "Phishing" (spoof) emails and what should I do if I receive one?

"Phishing" emails are mails claiming to be from well-known companies which attempt to get you to hand over sensitive information such as account, credit card or bank details. These emails attempt to copy the appearance of a popular website or company in order to commit identity fraud. We will never ask you to confirm any account or credit card details via email. If you do receive an email claiming to be from yourrewardslondon.com asking you to do so, please do not respond to it. 
We will never, for any reason, ask you to send us the following information in an email:

  • Your National Insurance Number or VAT registration number
  • Your bank account information, credit card number, PIN number or credit card security code.
  • Your mother’s maiden name or other information that could be used to identify you (such as your birth city or your favourite pet’s name).
  • Your rewardslondon.com password.
  • If you do receive an email which you believe to be a phishing email, please visit www.actionfraud.police.uk, the National Fraud and Cyber Crime Reporting Centre. As they receive substantial examples of these kind of emails, they have the power to investigate and enforce. Your Rewards London security has no direct power to stop these scams so reporting it this way would be the most beneficial.

How do I pay for an order placed on my mobile?

Your Rewards Mobile uses your existing Your Rewards default account details and payment method, so once you have selected the item(s) you want to order, just click on checkout and follow the prompts as they appear.

Is it safe to enter my payment details on my mobile?

If you are an existing customer, Your Rewards Mobile will use your default account payment method to place your order so there's no need to enter payment details again unless you want to change them. If you are a new customer, your payment details are automatically encrypted when you enter them - it’s just like ordering on our full website.

What happens if I disable cookies?

This depends on which cookies you disable, but in general the site may not operate properly if cookies are switched off.  If you only disable 3rd party cookies, you will not be prevented from making purchases on this site.

Can I unsubscribe from marketing emails?

Yes, you can unsubscribe from marketing emails by visiting the home page and clicking on marketing preferences, deselecting anything you wish to unsubscribe from and then clicking save.

You can add a gift message by filling in the relevant information on the home page when placing your order.

Can I hide the price of any vouchers I purchase as a gift voucher?

Yes, you will have the option to hide the price on any gift vouchers you purchase.

Can I add a gift message to an order already placed?

You will not be able to add a gift message to an order that has already been placed because voucher deals will be sent as soon as you have ordered and paid for them.

If I buy a deal as a Christmas present, Is there a refund policy?

All vouchers are date sensitive and are only available for the dates as shown on the deal. A refund will only be given provided notification is given in writing 14 days from the original order date. This is subject to Terms and Conditions.

You can get weekly emails by subscribing to Your Rewards London’s website.
